- ZACHARIADES HAS PARTICIPATED IN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT, DUE DILIGENCE, AND PERMITTING PROJECTS SUCH AS:
- Complete due diligence analysis for property consisting of +/‐ 60 acres in Boca Raton, which included exhaustive research of state, county, and city records and analysis of applicable regulations to provide an accurate assessment of development potential.
- Redevelopment planning for the redevelopment of an existing mobile home park in the Florida Keys. Development services provided included negotiations with County and local authorities and existing tenants to permit the closure of the mobile home park and further negotiation with local, county, and state officials to provide workforce housing, rezoning, comprehensive plan amendment, site plan and major conditional use and an executed 380.032 Agreement with the Department of Community Affairs, the Village of Islamorada, and the Developer.
- The redevelopment of the famous Holiday Isle in Islamorada consisting of 12+/‐ acres with 151 hotel units, 40,000 square feet of restaurant and retail.
- Represented Marriott in Riviera Beach for two separate redevelopment projects to permit and construct timeshare units.
