Meet Christina Bilenki:
Christina Bilenki is a Partner with Miskel Backman LLP, practicing in the firm’s Land Use & Zoning group. Christina assists numerous types of clients, including developers, business owners and residents in all aspects of the development process. She has extensive experience in processing comprehensive land use plan amendments, rezonings, site plans, use approvals, development agreements, plat and developments of regional impacts (DRI), among other applications and entitlements. Christina works closely with city and county staff, and represents clients at Commission meetings, Planning & Zoning Board meetings, Special Magistrate hearings, and other governing boards throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Christina chose to pursue a career in land use with this firm after being exposed to various elements of the development process while pursuing her LL.M. in Real Property Development at the University of Miami School of Law. Outside of the office, Christina enjoys spending her time with her family and exploring the world through her two young daughters. Christina is also an avid runner and 2-time Ironman finisher.
